Cub Scout Season 2014-15 Kick-Off

Welcome Back!

Friends,

As we kick off a great academic year, I trust each of you had a fantastic summer (though you’d be lying if most of you don’t admit you’re glad it’s over, too). Here are a few things we need your help with:

a) The ice-cream social for the new tigers is on Thursday, Sept 4th at 6:30 pm at Wilton Congregational Church – enter through the back. Please help us spread the word with any prospective first, second or third graders that you know!

b) To volunteer for the pack, please let me know. If you can help us on the committee, we welcome you. If not, we still have several tasks that won’t require more than three or four hours total over the course of the year and we will be happy to take what we can get! Providing suggestions for events that we can have, etc. is also contributing. So don’t do it tomorrow – do it today!

c) Instructions for registering are available on the website. Links to the required forms are listed in the instructions. You can go to the “How To Join” page for further information. The fees haven’t changed, so all of last year’s forms work great! Please bring the filled forms to the first pack meeting and we can get this off to a great start.

d) If your boy is not planning to be back, please help us improve our program by telling us why – and of course please add any suggestions on how we can improve the program.
